Repair Parts are maintained for all current SAI weighing systems and generic parts for many other systems. A complete stock of load cells used in heavy capacity scales such as RTI 792 canisters, BLH C2P1, and Sensortronics TWA cells can be shipped for same day delivery.
We have railcar wheel sensors available in three models including our standard single detector, dual loops for direction sensing, and self test loops for simulating true operation. These sensors, connecting cable, and amplifiers apply to our railcar weighing and identification systems. They are directly interchangeable with Streeter Amet and other suppliers.

A spare weight Indicator may be purchased, calibrated, sealed, and held in your stock for replacement should a problem occur with the on-line indicator. The spare indicator replaces the inoperative indicator and the system continues to operate while the spare is repaired. Our parts department is trained in eliminating or minimizing your downtime.

When a replacement board is required, time can be of the essence. SAI can provide replacement circuit boards for the systems we have produced over the years. Most boards are in stock and others can be special ordered or cross referenced to a replacement part number. Give our Parts Department a call for help when you need to stock a spare part or get a replacement part.
